SUPERIOR - A $50,000 reward is now offered in the search for a missing Duluth East High School student.

Friends and family of 18–year-old Sylvester McCurry Jr. met outside the Superior Inn on Friday to scour the area for the third straight day, handing out flyers and knocking on doors.

McCurry has not been seen since Sunday night, when he left the Stargate Nightclub in Superior. His father, Sylvester McCurry Sr., says they will be out again this Sunday.

"I'm asking for most churches to put us on their Sunday morning agenda and tell their congregations that we'll be out there in the parking lot," he said. "We'll start out there at 3 p.m. and we're going to continue to search for Sylvester."
